Terms of Business
These terms and conditions of Business (the “Conditions”) apply to www.annfie.com and www.annafie.de (the “Website”) which is operated by Annafie London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 11761415 and registered office at 18 West Hill Road, London SW18 1LN, United Kingdom. For the purposes of these Conditions, “you” shall be the person or business accessing the Website and “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Annafie London Ltd (or “Annafie”). By accessing the Website you agree to accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, you should not use or access the Website.
- Conditions of Sale
The following Conditions will apply between you and Annafie London Ltd, when you purchase a product/s (“Product/s”) from us. We have made every effort to display the colours of our Products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor or smart phone display, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on the Website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Products described on the Website and will not form part of the contract with you, and we express or imply no warranty or guarantee with you in this regard.
We have made every effort to ensure that all details, prices and descriptions of Products are accurate at the time of publication, but please note that all sizes and measurements are approximate and there may be variations or room for error. Please refer to our Size Guide for further information. In particular, please note that all of the Products are hand smocked and hand embroidered, and natural variations may occur.

- Payment and Pricing
Prices displayed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling and, unless otherwise indicated, and where applicable, are inclusive of VAT. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rates specified below.
For “Made to Order” items, we kindly request 50% payment upon ordering, 50% upon delivery of the items. For Products “Available for Immediate Delivery” we request payment in full before dispatching the Products.
All items stay property of Annafie London Ltd until payment has been received in full.

- Acceptance of Orders
For orders placed for Products “Available for Immediate Delivery” we will confirm acceptance of your Order and you will receive an email confirming your order.
However, we reserve the right to refuse an order or to cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:
(a) The Product is temporarily or permanently out of stock.
(b) We have identified an error within the information relating to the Product (including, but not limited to, price or a promotion relating to the Product).

- Made to Order
Please note that once you have decided what you would like us to produce Products for you, we will need to check availability of fabrics and timing of your order. This will depend on the type of fabric you have chosen, quantities and complexity of your order. Please note that we kindly ask for a minimum order quantity of 20 Products. Although we aim to produce your order as quickly as possible, and normally succeed in keeping to 8-10 weeks, due to circumstances out of our control, we may need to increase these lead times. We will update you regularly should there be any delays with your order.
- Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders from the “Available for Immediate Delivery” section within 3-4 working days – subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
For shipments within the UK we will add a shipping fee of £10 to your order. For shipments within Europe we will add a shipping fee of £20 to your order. Please contact us for shipping costs to the rest of the world.
- Faulty or damaged Products
Every item sold through by us is thoroughly checked for faults or quality issues before it is sent to the customer. We always strive to provide the best possible service and pride ourselves in our high quality products. However, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, damaged in transit or items are missing from your order on receipt, we must be notified as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days from receipt of the item.
We will then be under obligation to (a) replace any items that are faulty, damaged or defective; or (b) refund you the purchase price for the relevant item. Please note that we will not be liable to you (i) for any indirect or consequential loss, damage and/or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and (ii) to pay any money to you by way of compensation (other than to refund the amount paid by you for the relevant item, in accordance with the Conditions).
We hope that you will be happy with your order and strive to provide you with the best service possible. If, however, you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, then please contact us as quickly as possible.
