1. Delivery options
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £4 (FREE if you spend £150 or more)
EU DELIVERY (3-5 working days): £10 (FREE if you spend €200 or more)
EUROPE EXPRESS 1-2 Days: £18 (Express delivery option arriving in 1-2 working days only for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)
NORTHERN EUROPE (Norway and Sweden) and SWITZERLAND DELIVERY: £15
USA DELIVERY: £20 (FREE if you spend US$300 or more)
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY: £20
Please note that our goods are shipped with duties unpaid, which means the receiver of the goods will be liable to pay custom tariffs and any duties or taxes upon arrival of the goods in the destination country. This means that any duties or taxes incurred are your responsibility and you will have to pay for these separately upon receipt of your order.
2. Free Delivery
Free delivery over £150 – Applies to mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and excludes the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands.
Free delivery over €200 – Applies to countries in the European Union.
Free delivery over US$300 – Applies to the USA only.
Our orders are shipped with Royal Mail or OCS Worldwide. If shipped with Royal Mail, the orders are sent on a tracked 48 hour service (within the UK) and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept your parcel, or the order will be returned to the depot. Organisation of re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we are unable to change the address of the parcel once it has been dispatched.
We currently do not offer any express delivery services to the UK, but please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you require your item in time for a particular occasion. Please note that we currently do not offer Bank Holiday or weekend delivery, and that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. We offer an express delivery service to certain European countries (for a full list please refer to section 1. Delivery Options above). There is no guarantee that items will arrive within 1-2 working days.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification, which will allow you to track your order. Please note that with some international deliveries we can only trace a parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it is then passed on to local mail carriers.
4. Sales Taxes and Duties
Orders shipped outside of the UK and/or the EU may be subject to custom taxes, tariffs and/or duties.
Any such costs are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on receipt of the goods.
Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as any such costs must be paid before the goods are released.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please contact us on email@example.com
Please note that items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, and in appropriate packaging (ensuring the item is not damaged in transit) within 14 working days of receipt of the item. We will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In the unlikely event that we receive a return of an item that is in unsuitable condition, we will inform the customer and may send the relevant item back to you.
We strongly advise that you use a registered/signed-for service to return the item, and to keep your proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for items that have been lost in the post.
We aim to process refunds within 3-4 working days upon receipt of the item, but please note that it can take up to 20 working days.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit your original payment method for the sum paid (minus any postage costs). Please note that original postage paid will only be refunded if the item is faulty, and only up to the amount for Standard Delivery.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will, where possible, send out a replacement for you. Please note that we may require photo evidence or the actual item before we can replace it or issue a refund.
