1. Delivery options
- UK Standard Delivery: £4.50 (FREE if you spend £150 or more)
- UK DHL Express Next Day Delivery: £10
- EU Standard Delivery (4-6 working days): £10
- Europe DHL Express 1-3 Days: £20
- USA Standard Delivery (5-7 working days): £10
- USA DHL Express 1-3 Days: £18
- Rest of the World Delivery, incl. Switzerland and Norway (5-8 working days): £20
- Rest of the World DHL Express 2-5 Days: £30
Please note that despite our best efforts to maintain our standard delivery times, these are unprecedented times and there may be 24-48 hour delays at the moment.
Please note for international orders that are not sent via express or DHL, the couriers do not provide automatic updates whilst the parcel moves through the postal system and some parcels are taking longer to process at sorting facilities. This means that you might not see any tracking updates from when you receive our dispatch email until it reaches specific checkpoints along the way.
Please note that our goods are shipped with duties unpaid, which means the receiver of the goods outside of the EU may be liable to pay custom tariffs and any duties or taxes upon arrival of the goods in the destination country. This means that any duties or taxes incurred are your responsibility and you will have to pay for these separately upon receipt of your order. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.
For EU orders only:
Since the 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150 are now subject to import duty. Annafie pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. Therefore, if you shop with us in Euros, your total will now be FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL DUTIES, TAXES AND CLEARANCE FEES, meaning that you will receive your order without any added fees or costs.
2. Free Delivery
Free standard delivery over £150 – Applies to mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excludes the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands).
Our orders are shipped with Royal Mail, OCS Worldwide or DHL Express. If shipped with Royal Mail, the orders are sent on a tracked 48 hour service (within the UK) and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept your parcel, or the order will be returned to the depot. Organisation of re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we are unable to change the address of the parcel once it has been dispatched. If you have entered the delivery address incorrectly, we will need to charge you shipping costs again to re-deliver to the correct address.
Orders must be placed by 12pm to leave on the same day. We currently do not offer Bank Holiday or weekend delivery, and orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped/completed. If you have chosen DHL Express as your shipping option, you will receive detailed tracking information directly from DHL Express. For our standard delivery options, please let us know if you require a local tracking number. Please note that for our standard delivery options, with some international deliveries we can only trace a parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it is then passed on to local mail carriers.
4. Sales Taxes and Duties
UK VAT is not due where the delivery is made to a destination outside the UK. We will declare all products within your delivery. However, if there are any import taxes, duties, handling fees or other tariffs due in the country of destination, these will be payable by the receiver. This means that any of these costs are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on receipt of the goods, and that you will be responsible for these costs once the package reaches your destination country.
Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as any such costs must be paid before the goods are released.
5. Import duty on EU orders after Brexit
Since the 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150 are now subject to import duty. Annafie pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. Therefore, if you shop with us in Euros, your total will now be FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL DUTIES, TAXES AND CLEARANCE FEES, meaning that you will receive your order without any nasty surprises.
We are unable to offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, and in appropriate packaging (ensuring the item is not damaged in transit) within 14 working days of receipt of the item. We will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used, washed and/or with garment tags removed. Bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event that we receive a return of an item that is in unsuitable condition, we will inform the customer and may send the relevant item back to you. The sale of hair accessories are final, for hygiene reasons.
Please note that Annafie is not liable for return postage costs.
We strongly advise that you use a registered/signed-for service to return the item, and to keep your proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for items that have been lost in the post.
We aim to process refunds within 3-4 working days upon receipt of the item, but it can take up to 10 working days.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit your original payment method for the sum paid (minus any postage costs). Please note that original postage paid will only be refunded if the item is faulty, and only up to the amount for Standard Delivery.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on email@example.com and we will, where possible, send out a replacement for you. Please note that we may require photo evidence or the actual item before we can replace it or issue a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS FROM ABROAD, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU WRITE “RETURN – UNWANTED GB GOODS” ON YOUR CUSTOMS FORM. We will not take back parcels to which customs duty or import VAT are applied, and these parcels will be sent back to you.

We take pride in delivering our beautiful clothes in packages that spark joy. However, in an effort to deliver as cost effectively as possible, our packaging varies slightly depending on location.
Generally your order will be sent either in a plastic garment cover bag, to protect the fine cotton against moisture and dust, or wrapped in acid free tissue paper. We use recyclable mailing bags where possible.
9. Gift wrapping service
We take pride in delivering packages that spark joy! If you opt for our gift wrapping service at checkout, your order will be wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a white cardboard gift box with a colourful satin bow around it. We will write the gift message on a postcard and place it inside the gift box. The packing slip accompanying the parcel will not contain any prices.
