Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) apply to www.annfie.com and www.annafie.de (the “Website”) which is operated by Annafie London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 11761415. For the purposes of the Conditions, “you” shall be the person accessing the Website and “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Annafie London Ltd (or “Annafie”). By accessing the Website you agree to accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, you should not use or access the Website.

  1. Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Annafie London Ltd, when you purchase a product/s (“Product/s”) from us.

  1. Product Descriptions

We have made every effort to display the colours of our Products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor or smart phone display, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on the Website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Products described on the Website and will not form part of the contract with you, and we express or imply no warranty or guarantee with you in this regard.

We have made every effort to ensure that all details, prices and descriptions of Products are accurate at the time of publication, but please note that all sizes and measurements are approximate and there may be variations or room for error. Please refer to our Size Guide for further information. 

Please note that most of the Products are smocked and embroidered by hand, which means there can be natural variations in the design and quality of individual Products.

  1. Payment and Pricing

Your contract for any purchases made through www.annafie.com or www.annafie.de is with Annafie London Ltd and you undertake that all Products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. Prices displayed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling and, unless otherwise indicated, and where applicable, are inclusive of VAT. Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packing which will be charged at the rates specified in the Delivery & Returns. Payments can be made using Paypal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards. If you have any problems paying through these payment methods, please contact info@annafie.com for help and we will be happy to assist.

  1. Acceptance of Orders

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. We therefore ask that you make sure that everything is correct before final confirmation and payment of your order.

We must receive payment of the total purchase price for the Products before your order can be accepted. We will confirm acceptance of your Order and you will receive an email confirming your order at the email address used in the checkout process.

However, we reserve the right to refuse an order or to cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:

(a) The Product is temporarily or permanently out of stock.

(b) We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment.

(c) We have identified an error within the information relating to the Product (including, but not limited to, price or a promotion relating to the Product).

We aim to contact you as soon as possible should there be any problems with your order. Should we have to refuse an order, or cancel a contract, you will be notified by email and receive a refund to your original payment method as soon as possible, but no later than 7 working days after your order was placed. Although we aim to do our very best to rectify any failed order or cancelled contract, please note that we are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment.

  1. Special Offers and Discounts

Please note that only one special offer or discount code may be used per order, and that such codes are valid for only one transaction (unless stated otherwise). Special offers/discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or voucher. Special offers/discount codes are not transferable and should not be distributed to the wider public; they should not be sold on auction sites for profit or reproduced on any website. No cash or any other alternative can be given. Special offers/discount codes apply to annafie.com only, unless otherwise stated. Special offers/discount codes exclude any charge for home delivery (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to remove or amend the conditions of any special offers/discount codes as necessary; this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Special offers/discount codes for free delivery apply to UK Standard Delivery only. If you are an international customer and have a special offers/discount codes for free delivery please email info@annafie.com to redeem it. Special offers/discount codes are not valid for purchases made from an Annafie sale.

  1. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days – subject to payment and stock availability. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  1. Attempted deliveries

Deliveries may require a signature. If you are not available to receive the parcel, delivery may be attempted again, or the parcel may be returned to the depot. Arranging an alternative delivery slot or retrieving the parcel from the depot will be the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. However, if you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

  1. Lost Parcels

We must be notified by email to info@annafie.com of parcels not arriving as soon as possible, for the UK it must be within 16 working days from the date of dispatch. For parcels sent to international destinations we must be notified within 28 working days. Failure to do so can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after 16 working days in the UK or 28 working days for international parcels, and only if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by Royal Mail or the relevant delivery company.

  1. Missing or damaged parcels

Every item sold through www.annafie.com is thoroughly checked for faults or quality issues before it is sent to the customer. We always strive to provide the best possible service and pride ourselves in our high quality products. However, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, damaged in transit or items are missing from your order on receipt, we must be notified (via email to info@annafie.com) as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days from receipt of the item.

We will then be under obligation to (a) replace any items that are faulty, damaged or defective; or (b) refund you the purchase price for the relevant item. Please note that we will not be liable to you (i) for any indirect or consequential loss, damage and/or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and (ii) to pay any money to you by way of compensation (other than to refund the amount paid by you for the relevant item, in accordance with the Conditions).

10. Special Sample Sales

We run special online sample sales from time to time, where we sell end of lines, previous seasons, showroom items and samples. These sales are clearly marked as “Sample Sales” in our Outlet section. The items sold as a part of these Sample Sales are sold as seen and cannot be returned or exchanged. The provisions for Returns as stated in Delivery & Returns will not apply to these sample sales, which will be held in the Outlet section of our website.

11. Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order and strive to provide you with the best service possible. If, however, you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, then we are happy to offer you a refund, provided certain conditions are met. Please refer to Delivery & Returns.
