How do I know which size to buy?

What do I have to do if I want to return an item?
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your item to us. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, and in appropriate packaging (ensuring the item is not damaged in transit) within 14 working days of receipt of the item. Annafie will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed.

How much will I be charged for delivery?
The standard delivery cost is £3.95 (within the UK), £10.95 (EU), £14.95 (Northern Europe, Scandinavian countries), £20 (USA and rest of the world). Please refer to Delivery and Returns for further details.
All orders over £100 are delivered free to mainland UK and Northern Ireland (this excludes the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands). Deliveries is also free for orders over EUR 100 to countries in the European Union and over USD200 for orders to the USA.
Will VAT be added to my order?
There is no VAT on children’s clothing, footwear (up to a certain size for girls and boys), belts or books. Hair accessories, gifts and toys carry VAT at the standard rate of 20%. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Will custom charges be added to my order when ordering from overseas?
UK VAT is not due where the delivery is made to a destination outside the EU. We will declare all products within your delivery, however, if there are any import taxes, duties or handling fees due in the country of destination, these will be payable by the receiver. This means that you will be responsible for any customs or import duties once the package reaches your destination country.
